To help people find healthy structure, balance, and recreation in their lives to feel confident and comfortable in their bodies.

I believe that with consistent strengthening, lengthening, and movement that meets your body where it’s at, but the curiosity to ask your body what it’s capable of, you can make living in your body an enjoyable, fun experience.

My Process

Pain management, movement longevity, and self-confidence drive me and my Pilates practice.

Approachable yet direct, I will always encourage you to push yourself naturally while filtering out outside noise and focusing on your practice.
